A three days program for alumni took place in Nagloka, Nagpur from 21st to 23rd January 2018. 25 alumni from 9 states attended the program. The workshop was led by Jan Fry, communication strategist, from UK . She had shared her work experiences in social sector. She guided the participants excellently through the framework of funding proposals, basic channels of communications used by NGOs working with communities. The participants also had an exercise to write mock project proposals working in groups. There were total 5 proposals, that came up from the participants.
This program also enabled the Nagloka Association which is still under the registration process, to come up with a communication framework for publicity purpose and resource management. The framework was worked out during the three days program itself.The program was a success as the alumni expressed their gratitude for being able to participate in this program and to get a valuable learning experiences.
