Women DHRDs played a vital role during the pandemic, during the lockdown period they worked consistently to reach needy people, single and destitute women in their locality, and with the help of Manuski, they provided ration kits to them. They also provided legal support to the survivors of domestic violence.
Therefore, to strengthen the network of young Dalit women activists and train them on various social aspects, a planning meeting was organized by the Manuksi, in which it was discussed to organize a conference of Dalit women and strengthen their capacities. Due to the Covid19 pandemic, it was difficult to conduct a conference physically but Manuski conducted an online meeting in Jan, Feb, and March 2021, and discussed the plan of the conference on Leadership Development among Marginalised women and Women Networking.
